I'm going to start this by saying the 2 girls we dealt with tonight were very nice. I enjoyed them. However, this was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. You have to order at the counter, while juggling your belongings- so hopefully you dont have small children when you go, and you feel very rushed because of this. It's a bit pricey, but not outrageous. The dining area is unreasonably small. There happened to be a HUGE and ridiculously loud busload of people, and nowhere to escape to that we were comfortable and not yelling ourselves to be heard across our table. "Sensory overload" doesn't justify the cringy and uncomfortable feeling. So the experience of ordering and atmosphere was horrible, the dining area was tiny and dirty, and then we got our food. Italian beef that you have to pay extra for cheese, there was basically NO cheese on it. Like 3 tiny pieces of shredded mozz. I asked for more, and got a tiny bit in a bowl. The bread was burned black, the meat was dry, the au jus was cold, and there was no flavor at all. The breadsticks we had ordered were just as bad, doughy inside and hard outside, no flavor at all, and a huge waste of money. I will NEVER be back here and am going to steer people away if they mention going. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
